Manufacturer Provided Description

"Without a doubt, the adventurous 38 Eastbay Express fast cruiser made a "big splash" in terms of style, performance and a quiet ride. Of course, its featured "top-up or top-down" design was a major plus when it came to comfortable, all-weather cruising--an attribute that was highly prized by many Eastbay owner's.... Overall, a solid, long-term investment for those who desired both speed and comfort." ~ Grand Banks
