Shes in very good condition, very sea worthy, needs TLC, mainly cosmetic, great for someone with time to work on. Great starter sailboat. 

We bought her as a starter sailboat, with the intention of fixing her up. Unfortunately with our jobs we dont get enough time to go work on her like we want. Would rather someone go enjoy her.

We've sailed her a few times, and really enjoyed the time we've had.

We were going to sail her to Florida a few years ago and got caught in a storm at anchor. We were running out of time to get her to Florida so we headed back to New Jersey. The new rockna anchor held like a beast in 60 mph gusts. Unfortunately the Starboard dinghy davit was damaged, and the dinghy got a small leak. Dinghy should be easily repaired as it is a slow leak. As we had to get back to work we didn't have time to make repairs.

Previous owner removed the rusty cooking stove and placed a 110v refridgerator for use while hanging out in the slip. Water heater does not work, never had a chance to check if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. Also she needs electronice. There is an older radar it does come on, but being new to sailing and it being an older unit not sure if it is working correctly.

She has been stored on the hard since we've had her, except for the times we took off work to sail her. Storage is paid until summer season 2023.

We had the bottom painted, hull buffed. Brand new Rockna anchor that held us very well in a storm. Brand new electric windless still in the box with all hardware to install and cables. Never had time to install it.

The photos with the brown/maroon striping are photos when we first bought her. The only difference's are the stripe, the rub rail, and the damaged davit's. I just wanted to add more pics showing more of the boat. I know I have more pics of interior, and of the newer exterior, I just have to find them. I will post once found.
