Freedom 45 Center Cockpit. Great sailing yacht, with spacious accommodations, and outstanding build quality! Virtue is a 1992 Gary Mull designed, TPI built, center cockpit cruiser.emoved from boat to accommodate an engine repair. Boat is priced accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Virtue is fundamentally sound and other than attending to a few details is ready to sail. Depending on prospective owner's priorities, the boat will require some attention to resolve interior issues, the biggest being to replace approximately 3 feet of galley cabinetry that were removed. Boat is priced accordingly.

 Layout starting from bow: Double V berth with head just behind and to stbd, connected with private entrance. Next is very large salon with settees port and starboard.  Galley is to the left of companionway with double stainless sink, stove, refrigerator, and storage area.  Nav station is to starboard of companionway, followed by an additional freezer. Aft cabin offers a centerline queen berth, with abundant storage space. Aft head with shower connects to rear cabin.
