Galley Equipment

new ice maker, new fridge, 3 burner stove, LED lighting, (most all replaced throughout), Kitchen table w/ original seating in great shape,

Navigation Systems

Has depth finder, and radar, both work but are likely original to the boat.

Accommodations

State room, secondary room, large stand up closet, lots of storage throughout, new canvas, new large pack of life vests,  new 43" flat screen tv in master.

Mechanical Equipment

Portable AC (came w/ boat), plus additional stand up portable, both work great. Windlass, search light, Genset (was told it was running when we purchased, but we never could get running (only tried a couple of times)).

1988 Sea Ray 305 Sedan Bridge. We purchased a few years ago with the intent to fully refurbish and use as a "condo" on the water.  We did have new bottom paint, shaft seals, and props honed about 2 years ago (all work done @ Bethal Harbor Marina).  We have only had her out a few times and never experienced any issues.  

Having moved and only getting back there every now and then, we have noticed that the starbird fuel pump will lose its prime after about 4-6 months of sitting idle, but it doesnt take much to get her to crank. 

She is old, and some bits show their age, but she has good bones and Bethal Marina stated the bottom looked good when they performed the work described previously.

Boat is in wet/covered dock w/ gigabite internet, water and power.  Showers on site and slip can be assumed.
