Construction
HULL-DECK CONSTRUCTION
• The entire construction (planking + frames) of the hulls and superstructures is in aluminum alloy 5083 H111;
• The lined sheet is welded inside and outside (MIG processes) and checked by penetrant testing;
• The stringers, ribs and floors are welded alternately;
• Watertight bulkheads are continuously welded on both sides;
• Integrated diesel and water tanks.
• For non-visible and non-coated surfaces, the welds are not ground. This makes it possible to increase safety in terms of the resistance of the welds under the nacelle subjected to slamming..
