Accommodation's Forward in layout is the guest cabin featuring a large V-birth with storage locker underneath in addition to the hanging locker and drawer.  Aft to port is wet head with manual marine commode, vanity sink, mirror and locker storage. Up steps to the salon on port is an L-shaped convertible settee table, sleeps two.  Across is the lower helm with navigation station with full electronics. Large galley follows aft with plenty of counter space. Beyond that, aft is the master cabin featuring a double birth, private head with shower/tub, manual commode, vanity sink mirror and storage. It also includes a desk area, two hanging lockers and plenty of storage. From there aft are the steps to the deck. Includes two A/C units and propane heater with fan.

Galley Located up amidship starboard Lg S/S sink with hot/cold water, fridge/freezer, 4 burner propane/oven, microwave, plenty of counter space, and storage. Additionally there is a portable fridge/freezer 30 quart combo unit included, a/c or d/c capabilities.

Engine & Electrical 1984 single 120HP Lehman diesel engine, manual wheel steering with controls at both helms, Borg Warner transmission with 2:1 ratio, 2 electric bilge pumps one automatic and one manually activated, fuel polishing system.   This boat has recently had the bottom done with three new through holes replaced, and had both the engine and electrical systems taken care of for maintenance.

Dinghy Included is a 2012 Trinka 8 foot sail/row boat.
