Looking for a perfect summer home on the water without the big expense to spend your weekends at the shore to purchase a home for lots of $$$$$$ to look across the street and pay the high cost on keeping up the home and taxes with no views. You can be on the water and enjoy the marina life and do all the things living in that home with the best views of the water and walk to the beach or pool, ride the bikes, enjoy your neighbors with cook outs and even still go to restaurants by boat or car if you want to or just anchor out and have a nice leisurely lunch or dinner anchored out on the bay. Even has rod holders if you want to go out and catch your own fresh fish to enjoy and cannot be better than that. Maybe if you have the tubes or so for the kids and friends around the bay. The best all-around summer home at a small expense of owning a home. The only reason the owner is selling he is a big-time airplane pilot and wishes but does not have the time to enjoy the boat but set up perfectly a a beautiful marina where you can walk to the restaurant and has all the amenities! There is a grill you can mount on the aft swim flatform or grill at back out on the bay at your favorite anchorages or at the marina grills. Great summer life!
Canvas is fairly new, and the boat shows very nice, and the owner will accept offers being into flying and into airplanes and does not have time to enjoy the boat!
This boat is set up and docket at a beautifu;l slip and just move in with resturatnt and poo!
