Boat was struck by lightning in 2020.  Almost all electrical equipment on the boat is new including bow thruster motor, windlass, primary powered winch etc

The boat and rigging was inspected by two riggers and an insurance adjuster.  All found no damage to rigging or anything except electronics.

She equipped with a new drive shaft and cutlass bearing.  New Feather Stream Prop.  (Look that up to see how cool and expensive and useful.

Accommodations

The mattreses are new latex foam on breathing pads. The toilets are new bidet electric flush.  The shower head and valves in forward head are new.  The shower head and valves were removed from rear head as prev owners did not need.  Plumbing still there and can be reinstalled if you like.  Holding tank and all lines are new factory spec.

kitchen has been painted white   New. 2 burner induction stove cook top   New Microwave,convection,air fryer combo  factory fridge stove with new cooling systems, separate domtic fridge and freezer.  Vessel has plenty of batt power to handle use of all electric and backing etc with no problem

Note: The finish on the floor in some sections has damage.  It is not the wood, it is the clear coat on top of the wood.  I've shown 2 pics...one with and one without damage.  I am working on a solution to make the entire floor look new again.

New induction stove, oven and microwave...full wraparound kitchen.  Factory fridge and freezer. ...compressors and chill panels new.   All easily run by the solar and batts.   Save the propane for grilling... See pictures

Deck and Hull Equipment

Many upgrades, new sails and standing rigging.  New Bimini and dodger

Sails:

Main sail.  North 3Di oceanic 370,  Genoa 130% North 3Di Ocean 330, staysail North 3Di Ocean 360.  These sails are arguably the best available...maintains their shape at no life far longer than conventional sails.  They are appx 50 percent more expensive that standard sails.  See the North Sails website to understand just how important they are and why they are the best.

There is a Forespar Whisker pole mounted on the mast.  see the Forespar website for a video of use and importance.  this allows fast and accurate downwind sailings without the use of a spinnaker.  spinnaker benefits handle by a short handed crew!!  I can single hand this. 

Quality winches and one powered winch which will handle line from any of the winches. 
complete roller furling.  Ive been single handing this boat for 6 months with no problems.  And that includes sailing in the inter coastal if there is wind.  I've got to admit, that will keep you busy in the Ga Carolina areas:)

Navigation Systems

The boat does not have AC or generator   The solar and batts are more than adequate to run the boat  the price difference between this and other similar boats (with older equipment) will pay for a generator and AC if they are what you desire in your boat. You can have a modern boat and the gen set and AC.

I am a private seller.  Please note boat is a 2001 not 2021. Was typo and trying to get them to change it.  The boat is completely refitted with the lastest gear, immense solar and lithium batts.  Custom addition swim and boarding platform on sugar scoop.  Custom powered dingy lift with motor on dingy.  Dingy is high quality AB 10 aluminum rib with 20 hp merc.  This boat is refitted stem to stern with the latest and greatest equipment.  She will not need upgrades in 3 to 5 years like many other similar listed boats and she is priced far below them so that you can add the features you want along with having a boat that is ready to go for 10 years. Even the mast was pulled and completely re lighted and rewired.   She is ready to go anywhere you want.  She is equipped with new North SDI sails.  Read up on that to see why they are so good. She also is equipped with a Forespar Whisker Pole for efforless and efficient down wind sailing.  The diesel has low hours at appx 1750.  This boat has lots of value beyond pretty cushions. The hard and technical work of creating a modern boat has been done. Survey from 2020 is available. 

I am selling the boat as am recently divorced and do not enjoy sailing alone.
