Sunseeker Hawk 27 – Moonlighting

This is a great example of a 1990 classic Sunseeker HAWK 27 fitted with twin Volvo 290 V8 petrol engines. A boat capable of over 40 knots. The hull is a deep vee, ensuring the excellent handling that these boats are renowned for.
The cockpit is a great space, with two deep and luxurious helm seats, a well appointed helm position and console with all engine controls, new instrumentation and navigational equipment. Aft is the deep bench seat, large sundeck engine cover and wide wooden bathing platform.
The cabin forward is very well appointed, surprisingly spacious for a boat of this size, and very comfortable. The galley is fitted with a fridge and a sink, with good worktop and storage space. Forward is a comfortable V-seating area, convertible into a large double bed. To starboard is the heads compartment with a sea toilet and basin. The forward cabin feels luxurious with deep carpets, suede headlining and no bare fibreglass surfaces - a great space for overnighting onboard in comfort.

The vendor has owned Moonlighting since 2001 and has looked after it with no expense spared. Both engines have been recently serviced, all carburettors overhauled. The igntiion has been replaced with a more modern electronic ignition system. The engines are reconditioned bottom halves with only 50 hours use. Props reconditioned and fully serviced drives, brand new duo propellers fitted.
