The Ed Monk designed Tollycraft 44' Cockpit Motor Yacht is considered by many to be one of the nicest all around boats of it's type ever designed. Low, graceful lines, impressive performance and the ease of getting around on her are just a few of her many attributes. Inside she has a spacious, bright and airy two stateroom, two head layout. This beautiful, well maintained boat is powered with T-250hp GM Detroit 8.2 liter diesels with approximately 2850 hrs.

Accommodations

The forward cabin consists of large v-berth with a filler cushion that sleeps 2 comfortably. Large shelves run the length of berths on both sides with mirrors on 3 sides.  There is a large hanging locker to starboard with shelf above, 2 drawers and 2 lockers are below the  v-berth.

To port behind the forward cabin is the forward head featuring a Galley Maid electric head, oval shaped corian wash basin and counter top and integrated shower. There is a large mirror on the aft bulkhead and ample storage throughout.

Next aft to starboard is the dinette that seats 4 and converts to sleep 2. There are 2 drawers, and large storage lockers below dinette seats.

To port across from dinette is a large u-shaped galley. With a double bowl stainless sink set in a  white formica countertop facing outboard. To right is access to large dry storage area and cooktop. To left is access to another large dry storage area and the fridge. 4 drawers and several large cabinets provide ample storage throughout. The galley and appliances appear lightly used.

The main salon has an entry door on the starboard side next to the lower helm station. If maneuvering from the lower helm, this sliding door immediately to stbd of the lower helm lets you  look all the way up and down the stbd side of the boat while docking. The salon is all teak, and the teak is continued down into the galley and dinette. To starboard and aft is large couch that converts to a double berth. Next to the couch in the aft bulkhead is the companionway leading to aft deck. Forward to port is a large counter area separating the salon from the galley that could easily seat 2 for dining.  Along the port side of main salon are large cabinets providing storage and the entertainment center.

Entry into aft cabin is to port in main salon. A queen size bed extends from the aft bulkhead. To port is a large hanging locker, and a counter top that extends along the portside. There is a large full width  mirror above and large storage cabinet below. Aft to starboard is another hanging locker, small counter top with 5 drawers and storage locker below.

The aft head is forward and to starboard in aft cabin and features a Galley Maid electric flush head, one piece corian wash basin/counter top, a mirror on the forward bulkhead and a large shower stall. Ample storage is provided throughout. Carpeting was new throughout  in 2012 and is in excellent condition. All ports and hatches have screens. Stateroom windows have newer curtains from 2020

The exterior gelcoat shows barely any blemishes, and shines like new. There is newer canvas (2016) on flybridge. The aft deck is an excellent attraction.  A place to be able to relax and enjoy life, also perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is easy access down each side deck and up to the spacious foredeck for getting to the anchor, tender or lounging in the sun.

The flybridge helm station allows precise visibility while underway or maneuvering, you have excellent 360 degree vision. The dinghy is comfortably stored out of the way on the forward deck area by means of a reliable davit, and allows the swim platform, to be used as it was meant, without a dinghy blocking access. The aft cockpit works well for relaxing in deck chairs watching the world passing by, or for working lines while docking. If you are a fishing family, it makes for a large, easy to use fishing cockpit.

Entering the engine room, by means of main stateroom stairs which lift to reveal access, or lifting one of the large salon sole hatches, you will see an engine space that looks very well kept. The GM Detroit 8.2's only have 2850 hours. The Kohler generator was new in 2017 and is in excellent running condition.
