Salesman's Notes

The boat is an estate sale. Overall the boat is in good condition but there a number of minor items needing repair or replacement by the new buyer which include repair docking damage to swim platform, repair depth sounder, repair leak in deck drainage system and small soft spot in master cabin floor. replace veneer under repaired galley port light leak, replace zincs, and repack shaft logs. The cost of these items have been considered in setting the below market asking price

This yacht's accommodations and quality construction made her the flagship of the Hatteras line. She comes with a flybridge, cockpit, a comfortable salon, lower helm, aft deck, and three staterooms each with its private head compartment.

The flybridge features a bimini top, center helm with overhead electronics and dual helm chairs. Guest lounge forward of the helm. Steps lead below to a covered aft deck with wing doors to provide side deck access and center door provides salon entry. A few steps down is an open cockpit with swim platform.

The carpeted salon is bright, open, and features 360 degree views through large windows with new  drapery for privacy. There is a white leather sofa and coffee/dining table to one side with two accent chairs and flat screen TV to the other. A wet bar with bottle storage aids in entertaining. The lower helm is forward with side deck access. 

Moving below we enter the galley with custom cabinets, granite counters, and GE stainless steel appliances. Features include booth-style dinette.

There are three staterooms. The crew/guest stateroom is forward of the galley with upper and lower bunks, dresser, hanging locker, and en suite head compartment. There's also a washer/dryer. The VIP stateroom is amidships and features a double berth, with under-berth storage, nightstand, and hanging locker. The VIP head has mirrored vanity, and shower stall. The master aft cabin has an island berth, night stands, drawer storage, and hanging locker. The master head compartment has a mirrored vanity and shower stall.

Elusive Lady is equipped with twin 435-hp Detroit Diesel engines for long-lasting dependable power. Mechanical features include an Onan generator, water heater, washer & dryer, and four zone reverse cycle HVAC.
