Condition

This boast appears to be in good overall condition. It is very clean, and the interior is dry few signs of water intrusion. The engines run very well, and all systems are reported to be in working order. The cracks shown on the upper deck have been completely repaired. The woodwork for the sliding door area and ladder off the back deck has been recently refinished. The windows and portholes have been sealed. Hull and upper house was just polished. Interior woodwork has been refinished to eliminate water stains around windows.

This 1984 CHB Motor Yacht is a pilot house style trawler with a large flybridge, a semi-displacement hull, and twin 200Hp Perkins diesel engines with only about 3700 hours.

As you walk through the transom door off the swim step, you can continue on the same level through the double sliding doors to the spacious salon and galley area. The galley has plenty of counter space, with a sit-down style counter or bar for casual dining.
