Description

ACCOMMODATIONS

GONE WITH THE WIND sleeps six people, the forward cabin has a V-Berth with a custom mattress, two hanging lockers (including a large cedar-lined locker), bureau with drawers and storage underneath. Lots of natural light with two fixed windows on either side and two opening bronze ports. There is also an ingress/egress overhead hatch with cover.
The main salon features two large settees for plenty of seating with new navy blue upholstery, mahogany storage lockers and additional storage under settees. Three fixed windows and three opening ports. There is also a fireplace in the main salon.
There is a head to port with a single sink, JABSCO freshwater head, macerator and 10-gallon holding tank. 
The pilothouse provides 360-degree views, comfortable four-person dinette converts to a double berth. 

RIGGING

Double Headsail Ketch with working sail area of 683 square feet.  Keel-stepped main and mizzen masts. 
It has a Ballenger Spar System (2006) white LPU painted aluminum extrusion spars.  The masthead is equipped with: wind index, VHF antenna, tri-radial navigation light, strobe and anchor light. 
The single aluminum spreaders are mounted and equipped with deck lights, forespar mid-mast steaming and foredeck directional light.  The internal halyards are fitted. It's a fit boom gooseneck with working fitted mizzen boom that rests within the boom gallows. SA/Disp = 11.36SA/Fore = 373.49S/A = 683
All standing rigging was replaced and professionally installed in 2006. It is constructed of 5/16' diameter 1x19 SS wire and fitted with swaged and/or STAYLOC terminal ends, adjustable turn screws, toggles connected to SS chain plates.
Headstay is equipped with HOOD Sea Furl 2 roller furling headsail gear on roller furling headstay. 
SAIL WARDROBE Santa Cruz Sails (2013) - sails are stiff and lightly used:
-Lazy jacks, slab reefing
-Harken mainsail track
-GARHAUER main and mizzen sheet blocks
-Spinlock cam cleats

MECHANICAL

50 HP Perkins Prima Series M50 4-stroke, vertical, fresh water cooled diesel engine. MORSE single lever gear and throttle with forced lubrication pump Fresh water cooling system by centrifugal freshwater pump and saltwater rubber impeller pump.  Wet exhaust with in-line silencer
