Custom 2020 Deckhouse on 1996 Hull for charter

Mechanical Equipment

Axillary machinery consists of (5) 12 volt submersible bilge pumps, (1) four cylinder diesel engine driving a 22 KW generator, (1) Seahorse model SMS d 300 RTF type II U.S. Coast Guard approved marine sanitation device, (1) 30 gallon 120 volt electric water heater, and (1) Global Model LF Voltage Inverter/ battery charger system.  

Decking consists of 15’ x 35’ area with 10' x 12' awning with table.  Excellent design and fabricated upper rails.  

All commercial marine type electrical wiring and LED type fixtures, 12 volt DC lighting. (15) 12-volt heavy duty deep cycle type batteries. Overload protection is provided by fuses and circuit breakers. Solar panels located above the pilothouse with voltage regulator, power invertor and distribution system for the solar charging system. The vessel is capable of operation with just the generator, shore power or limited power from the solar/inverter system.

Open living and kitchen area with all new appliances, wooden cabinets, granite countertops, electric 4-burner stove/oven, microwave oven/vent hood, stainless sink, stainless refrigerator freezer. Living area has recliner and a couch that sleeps 2.  Separate pantry includes built-in storage shelves, stacked washer and dryer combo. Walls are built with aluminum construction with hinged metal clad weathertight type exterior doors. 

Adjustable pilothouse includes bunks that sleep an additional 2 people.  Pilothouse can be electrically raised and lowered.
