Description
Additional Equipment
See overview from Boating Magazine: https://www.boatingmag.com/boats/rinker-310-express-cruiser-0/
Tri-axle, disc brake equipped boat trailer.
Much additional equipment, including: Many sizes of life jackets, large towable tube, vacuum cleaner, all Coast Guard req'd safety equipment, long ropes for lake side mooring, extra anchor, extra props, hoses, and more.
Lastly, this boat has been in a covered environment most of it's existence -- so, the condition is exceptional.
Navigation Systems
Raymarine chart plotter, GPS and fully electronic system for engine, fuel, fluid levels.
MerCruiser Axius system that’s intuitive and joystick-based. This works with both Mercury’s SmartCraft and digital throttle and shift (DTS) technology to integrate steering, throttle and shifting into this single, intuitive joystick control. Axius allows each drive to move independently of the other, making it possible to crab the boat sideways into the dock or spin it almost within its length. It takes much of the stress out of low-speed, close-quarters maneuvering. Also has “Skyhook”, which uses GPS to keep the boat in a single space if desired.
Mechanical Equipment
Air conditioning and Heat in cabin. Onboard generator. 3 batteries (2 start, 1 house).
Galley Equipment
Brazilwood cabinetry, Corian countertops in galley, head, and topside. Well-designed storage space for dishes, glasses, utensils, and other supplies. Microwave, range, and refrigerator/freezer and custom pantry cabinet make the galley highly usable. In addition, there is a built-in blender, a topside electric grill, and 2 Magma propane grills with stand and cutting/prep table available for the swim platform. An ice maker and special-fit Yeti ice chest enable readily available cold drinks.
Accommodations
Topside has a versatile aft lounge, which can morph from a traditional seat to a recliner or sun pad, a lengthy portside lounge that easily converts to a dinette or filler-equipped lounge, and a helm seat that can pivot and allow one more to join in on the socializing. Has the hardtop and standard camper canvas, with clear Lexan panels with greater clarity not found in traditional isinglass. Multiple portholes and an overhead skylight keep the cabin bright and airy. Low-maintenance fiberglass liner in the well-equipped head with push-button vacuum flush, and full shower set up. Forward V-berth, roomy 2nd berth, and convertible salon settee for additional sleeping space. DVD built into 19” screen, upgraded stereo, satellite radio option, and amplifier for speakers (bluetooth enabled for topside volume control and band/musice selection).
Deck and Hull Equipment
Fully electronic windlass, anchors, fishing rod holders.
Plenty of storage, under swim platform lighting.
Boat is slipped in Bullfrog Marina, on Lake Powell in southern Utah.
Showings will need to be scheduled in advance, but will include cruising time on the lake.
