CHB Aft Cabin Trawler for charter

1979 35' CHB Aft Cabin Trawler for sale by owner. We are moving across the country and unfortunately have to sell her!

Twin 120 HP Ford Lehman diesel engines (low time, ~1700 hours, these engines typically last around 10,000 hrs) 2 x 150 gallon aluminum fuel tanks.

My husband and I have lived aboard this boat for almost 3 years and have loved it! It is a great boat for liveaboards and for those that just want to cruise around and explore. She is a great boat for anchoring in Paradise Cove in Malibu and for Catalina. We have even taken her up to the Channel Islands. We are moving across the country soon and it will be hard to let her go, so we want to make sure she is in good hands!

We have put in a lot of work / upgrades including redoing the bottom and resurfacing and sealing the flybridge, replacing the forward head toilet, many hours of brightwork, etc.

If interested in living aboard, there is an opportunity for us to transfer our liveaboard slip (they can be very hard to come by). The slip is in a very new, state of the art marina which opened 3 years ago. Really nice facilities - bathrooms and showers on the docks, along with laundry and boater's lounge with wifi. Very friendly, helpful staff and free pumpouts! Our slip faces west so typically has a headwind, making docking much easier. All docks/fingers are connected as one walkway, with three total gates. Parking spots included in covered parking garage. All dockboxes have Spectrum internet capability. Slip is $856 per month plus 50% fee if you'd like to have liveaboard status.
